Ordering Process

Do you only print onto clothing?

We specialise in printing onto clothing but we can print onto other materials such as pillow cases, handkerchiefs and much more. If the product you’re looking for isn’t listed on our site please do not hesitate to call or email us as we’ll be happy to help (chances are we can print on it!)

Do you have to supply the plain clothing or can I use my own?

We can supply the plain clothing/materials or you can bring your own in for us to print, either way is no problem at all. We do however ask that you bring in clothing that hasn’t got seams where we need to print the designs to avoid printing complications. Can I purchase clothing without any printing from you?

Unfortunately we only sell clothing/materials that require printing as part of the same order.

What is your minimum order?

We don’t have any minimum order requirements, you can get 1 item printed or 1000 - everybody’s welcome.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Absolutely! The more you order, the cheaper the price per unit.

Do you charge set-up fees?

With designs that will be considerably more time-consuming to prepare for print we charge a one-off artwork fee of £10. If the artwork is simple and quick to prepare then no artwork fee is applied. As mentioned this is a one-off cost so you won’t be charged this fee again to print the same design in the future, whether it is kept the same size or made smaller or larger.

Will the print keep its quality over time?

Definitely. We guarantee that all of our prints will stand the test of time without peeling or losing it's colour. We just ask that you make sure to wash them at low temperatures, never tumble dry them and never iron directly over the print to avoid any damage.

What press/machinery do you use?

All of our garments are printed via industrial-standard automatic heat press, eliminating the possibility of cracking/peeling that screen-printed garments often endure.

How fast is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time ultimately depends on the quantity and complexity of the order. We very often have customers’ orders completed within the same day of ordering but in general we allow 1-3 days for orders to be complete, however if there is a longer turnaround time than usual we will advise you of this prior to printing.


How do I send artwork?

We ask all customers to send artwork over via email but if this isn’t possible then sending it to our Facebook page inbox is fine.

What format artwork do I need?

To keep things simple we ask that artwork is sent over as PNG, JPEG or PDF files.

Can you provide artwork services alone?

Unfortunately we only offer artwork services for designs that require printing as part of the same order.

Can you design my artwork?

We are happy to help design you a basic logo if you are unsure of what you’d like printed. For example, we can recommend the fonts, layout of text and insert any images we feel adds to the appearance of the logo but we do not specialise in graphic design and therefore don’t have the expertise to design you an advanced, intricate logo from scratch.


What are your prices?

Please view our price lists. This will give you a rough idea of the cost of your order. For a more specific price please email us at and we will send you a detailed quote as soon as possible.

When and how do I pay?

Payment upon collection is absolutely fine and we accept cash, card or BACS payment. Orders that come to £150 or more require an up-front deposit for the materials to complete the order, this must be paid via BACS payment – the price of the deposit varies depending on the order.

Collection / Postage

How do I collect my order?

Once your order is complete we will notify you via whichever channel you contacted us through to let you know it is ready for collection and payment (if still pending). The address for collecting orders is 7 Petersfield Road, BH7 6QF.

Do you deliver?

We usually advise customers to collect their items once their order is complete but in particular circumstances we know this can be tricky. Therefore if needs be we can post orders out once the customer has paid in full (including postage and packaging) via BACS payment.

Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver to any location across the UK.

How much is postage and packaging?

The price of postage and packaging depends on the size of the order. We ask customers to please let us know prior to ordering if you require postage and we will advise you of the total price of your order including postage and packaging before your order is started.
